Vendor is defined as a person or entity that supplies products and/or services to KLIP Group of Companies. Vendor shall include contractors, consultants, service providers, and agents.
Vendors who wish to be and/or remain as a potential vendor and be eligible to conduct business with KLIP Group of Companies, must fulfill the following requirements:
- General requirements for vendors:
- Malaysian company: Registered with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia), and that the registration is still valid.
- Malaysian-registered Sole Proprietorship / Partnership (under Registrar of Business).
- Foreign company (company incorporated outside Malaysia): The company must be duly registered with the relevant authorities in the company's respective countries, and that the registration is still valid.
- Types of businesses which does NOT required to be registered as vendors:
- Government / GLC Companies
- Investors
- Hospitals / Clinics
- Hotel / Resorts / Cafe
- General requirements on registration:
- Application for registration must be submitted via KLIP Online Vendor Registration (OVR) at ovr.tagmarine.com.
- Vendor to appoint an authorised representative of your company to conduct the registration application. He or she must have access to all necessary company information, documents and the relevant certificates as required by the registration form.

- Applicants must accept the Personal Data Protection Notice.
- Only complete online submission will be accepted for processing. In processing the application, the officer-in-charge may contact the vendor for further clarification.
- Processing of applications may take up to 30 working days upon receipt of complete submission.
- Once vendor registration has been approved, applicants will be notified via email.
- KLIP maintains the rights to reject and/or remove any incomplete registration which has not been fully completed (as per required) within ninety (90) days after the date of its initial submission into KLIP OVR, without notice to the vendors.
- Notice to vendors
- Please be informed that successful registration does not guarantee an automatic invitation to participate in any of KLIP's tender exercise or issuance of contract. The selection of vendors is based on the procurement needs of KLIP Group of Companies.
- By submitting the documents as required, you agree that KLIP Group of Companies may collect, use and disclose your personal data, as provided in the KLIP OVR system for the purpose of appraisal and verification under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
- An application left in incomplete state for 90 days will be auto removed.
